The energy from the Full Moon is running very high right now as we get closer to December 22nd (the date of the Full Moon). I feel we are all little pots of water, ready to boil over because we are filled with all of these emotions that we can not understand. If you are feeling down or depressed, it is because things about you (from your shadow side) are trying to surface. Face these emotions head on. They are revealing themselves now, for a reason. During the Full Moon, it is all about releasing the things that are no longer serving us. (Hence the wolf always howling during the Full Moon in movies.)
I can feel it in the air. It's gunky and it can be very draining.
Keep in mind that everyone around you is feeling the same way. So, if you start seeing things surface in those around you, realize that hidden things about them are being revealed for a reason. If you are in the position to be there for them, be there. But if your energy is too low or too weak, do not put yourself in the position to lower your frequency any more than it already is. Energy transfer is REAL and if you are not careful, you can absorb even more negative energy waves that were not even yours to begin with.
This is a time of realizing and releasing. Do not get caught in the overwhelming emotions around you. (You have enough going on inside of you right now.) Journal!! before you start your day, jot down something calming and reassuring to keep you focused and grounded throughout your day. It can be 1 word or 20.
(Ex. "Love" or "I am creating the life I desire." or "I do what I do because of who I am." )
Whatever you want to keep in mind to keep you grounded throughout the day. At the end of the day, get to yourself, light some candles and journal your challenges. When did you need your "morning affirmation" the most? How did you overcome those emotional times? What did you do to overcome those times? If you can remember, how many times did you have to say your morning affirmation throughout the day?
This is a very powerful way to help you cope with your emotions during this stressful time of the month. Anything is possible and it is possible for you to regain your power and use these emotions as fuel, rather than excuses.
