Full Moon in Cancer Healing Ritual

Why go into ritual for this moon cycle?

This is THE BEST time to complete your healing and shadow work. The moon is in its native sign, Cancer, and the moon governs our deeply rooted beliefs and subconscious mind. Because the moon is most comfortable at home (in Cancer) it is at Her fullest potential, thus making it very hard on us to release and let go of what is tugging on our heart. What is holding you back? Not just materially but spiritually and emotionally as well. Where could you use extra self love and care? Where could you use more guidance and direction? Where do you need more care? What do you need to allow Mother Moon to expose within you in order for you to finally FACE these thoughts, fears, insecurities, etc.? 

My Personal experience with mother moon

The moon is that maternal figure we knew we always needed. Even if you had the best relationship with your mother, the moon offers you the support to get some of the toughest time periods of our lives. Sometimes, we can be surrounded by love and care and still feel alone or like something is missing. The Moon's energy is that "something's missing"  for me. 

I remember being a young girl, riding in the backseat, behind the driver, head on the window just staring up into the sky. I found so much comfort and security getting lost in the night sky. It felt like home was up there and I was trapped in this Earth bubble (LBS, laughing but serious, yes I just made that up, I think!) But what it makes me realize now is that I have always had a deep reverence for the moon and I have always felt that connection. Just the pure fact of acknowledging Her perence is good enough without partaking in any ritual, but this time is different. 

This Full Moon just feels different. I have been feeling my usual energetic shift, getting more tired, sleeping a little later, eating a little more, a little more lower energy days than throughout the beginning of the moon's cycle and more emotions flowing thata usual. But on top of that, I HAVE BEEN PULL INWARD TO LOOK AT THE WAY I VIEW AND RESPOND TO LOVE! OMG, love is the worst topic for me. It just gives me "vibes" and I don't mean good vibes. "Love" gives me anxiety, a mild case of depression and just gives me the sign to run in the opposite direction. Yes.... I know.... So the fact that these issues of mine are coming up to the surface, shows the strength and power of the energy we are working with here. I was guided to sure information with you all on how to work with this potent energy for the ultimate releasing of what you are being guided to release and heal from. Remember, you may not be able to heal everything in one ritual, but scratching one thing off the list is progress! Respect the process. Many Blessings!

Materials Needed:

• Notepad (Journal) + Pen
• Spiritual Bath Set up
• ​Full Moon in Cancer Meditation
• 4+1 White Candles
• Loose Leaf Paper
• Crystals (if available): Moonstone, Opal, Selenite, Calcite or Rose Quartz
• Intention Oils: Releasing + Golden Elixir

Ritual Focus

Mother Moon is here to show us all of where we have been and painfully, where we could have been. I know, we are used to being told, "don't worry about woulds, coulda, shoulda!"
But if there is one thing I can say about Mother Moon is that she has a beautiful way of showing us the beauty in pain and 

discomfort. Not in a negative way, but in a way to help us grow to the next level and heal from our old habits and ways that are no longer serving the newest, most high versions of ourselves. 
She time, will be showing us an overview of our time spent this year, things we could've said differently or done differently, opportunities we could have explored if we did not fall short in some other areas.  While exploring the darkness, we want to keep in mind that these visions are only meant to help us grow and please remember that you are exactly where you are SUPPOSED to be. So clearly, if you "missed the mark" somewhere, you were supposed to and you may not have been ready for it just yet. Mother Moon will show you the purpose and the lesson behind it. ​

Now that you have everything, lets begin!

First, take your time completing this ritual. These steps can be completed over the course of 2-3 days but need to be completed in its entirety for the full effect to take place. 

Please keep in mind that this is a channeled ritual for the collective so please take what you feel called to complete and leave what does not resonate with your spirit,

Step 1:
- Deep clean your home! It's time to clean your home and body. Cancer rules the 4th house in astrology which governs our home, our childhood and our connection to our Mother Figures. Cleaning out your home can be a tough project but again, Mother Moon is really wanting us to clean house. Whatever you have been getting the intuitive nudges to complete all year, now is the time to get it done before this ritual. 

- If your home is looking and feeling good, you can clean the home of your soul, your body. Going on a fast, to cleanse and align yourself mentally, physically and spiritually, will help you tremendously. You may even get a few more downloads from your Spiritual Team on what you need to release for this Full Moon In Cancer Energy. 

- After step one, especially if you decide to complete this step a day ahead of time, use this time to take out your healing journal prompts and start stirring up that energy of sacred healing. Light one of your 5 candles, get a glass of your favorite tea, wine or whatever you'd like. Create a whole vibe; light your sage, incense, grab your Releasing and Golden Elixir oils and really open up the space for yourself. Once you are ready, say this intentional declaration before you start, if you feel guided to:

Step 2:
Sacred Spiritual Bath! This step is fun and interesting to add into any ritual but especially this one because we are dealing with the water element. Cancer is a water sign and Mother Moon controls the water on this planet and the water (emotions) within us. So a spiritual bath is NEEDED at this point. Prepare your bath as you see fit. - Okay, while you are in your sacred bath, you will need to complete this meditation. 
Find healing frequency music on YouTube that resonates with your Spirit. I suggest one that is at least 3 hours long with no words (you probably won't use the whole 3 hours but I am painting the picture for you!) While you are soaking in the energy you have cultivated for your ritual, relax and allow the frequency to blend with yours and lift you higher. Allow the melodies to take you away. Use this time to think on how far you've come. Think about what you have overcome. Allow the energy to flow through you freely as these memories start to reply in your mind. You've made it! You may not be exactly where you want to be but you are exact where you need to be to set yourself up for success. Claim this moment. Claim this energy and embrace this spirit of gratitude, perseverance and dedication. Appreciate yourself, appreciate your journey. 

Now, after this moment, it is time to complete your meditation. Now, you can complete this meditation in the sacred waters or you can get out and complete this meditation where you feel most comfortable. Please remember to grow with the flow when completing this ritual. Do not force anything that does not fit. We are working with Cancer energy - water energy. Grow [yes, "go" but I like 'grow' better] with the flow.

Step 3: Time to record

You have spent the last hour or two, reflecting, learning and expanding your perspective and level of awareness. What have you learned thus far? What can you see more clearly? What Can you take away from this experience? What did you see/experience while you were in the palace and looking at the screen of your life?
